We believe that you will be delighted with your order but appreciate that there may be occasions when you feel it necessary to return an item. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
If you are unhappy with the goods you receive, you have a 7 day cooling off period from the date of delivery. All goods must be returned in their original, unopened condition, complete with their original packaging, documentation and manuals, in order to qualify for a full refund. Goods are not sold on a trial basis.
If you wish to return an item which is faulty or an item you did not order, then any delivery charge paid will also be refunded. Please contact our customer services department and we will arrange a refund or a replacement, depending on the situation.
In either case, please first contact us by telephone on 0800 612 6952 or email at email@example.com to inform us of your wish to return the goods. You must obtain a returns number before returning goods to us.
Please note that any charges made for pre-programming services are non-refundable once the service has been provided. The money you have paid us for the product will be refunded within 30 days of your cancellation, after deducting any charge we make where we have had to recover the product from you.
